Return policy

We have a 7-day return for replacement policy and 30-day warranty for gel blasters, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if you received a defective, damaged or wrong item. You can claim warranty within 30 days for parts free of charge if there are defects in material or workmanship under normal use. 

You can cancel the order if it is not shipped yet, we will refund 93% of the full payment due to the  admin charge incurred from third party payment system.

To be eligible for a return for replacement in 7 days after receiving your item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and take a video to demonstrate the issue. We do not accept return without prior confirmation or return after the 7 days.

To start a return, please fill in the Contact US form at the footer of the page, indicating your order number in the subject.

If your return is accepted, you need to cover the two-ways shipping fee, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package, we will attend to fix the issue before a replacement after verification, provided that the product is in same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted but the item is not in the same condition that you received it, you need to cover the repair fee. If your return is assessed as fully functional, you will bear the return postage for re-shipping the item to you.

If your gel blaster requires fixes due to normal usage within the first 30 days you received it, you can request parts for replacement free of charge provided that it is not due to misuse. If your gel blaster requires parts for replacement after the 30 days warranty period, you can email us with your order number, we will try to source parts for you with the budget cost.

Any gel blaster which has been physically damaged or misuse, due to user error, negligence, accidental damage, is internally and externally modified/upgraded/altered, the receiver or gearbox has been opened, or is used in a way not in accordance with the manufacturers intended use will void the item’s eligibility for a return and warranty claim.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, any damages due to misuse will not be covered by the return policy. Also, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, on sale items or gift cards. Scratches and rusts of the product, or damages on the box and package which do not affect the functions of the gel blaster would not be covered by the return policy.
